Normal servicing is routine maintenance (filter cleaning, basic checks) suitable for regularly maintained units. Chemical wash is a deep cleaning service that dismantles the unit and uses chemical solutions to remove stubborn dirt, mold, and grime. Chemical wash is recommended annually or when your AC has cooling issues.

Normal servicing takes about 30-45 minutes per unit. Chemical wash takes 1-2 hours per unit due to the dismantling and deep cleaning process. We'll give you a time estimate based on your specific requirements.

Yes! All gas top-up services come with a 1-month warranty on gas leaking. We support R22, R410A, and R32 refrigerant types.

We accept cash, bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB), and online payment via Touch 'n Go eWallet. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Please ensure there's clear access to both the indoor and outdoor units. If possible, move any furniture that might block access. For chemical wash, please prepare old towels or newspapers to protect the floor area below the unit.
